Members maintain their seat by earning 12 points per month. It's not a high bar. For an engaged member it happens naturally.
Fall below 12 points for two consecutive months and you'll receive a heads-up from leadership. We don't want to lose good members — we just need everyone pulling in the same direction.

How do I become a member?
Start by visiting on a Wednesday. If BAC feels right, create your account and begin your two-month qualifying journey. Hit 12 points in two consecutive months — and if your category is available — leadership will invite you to join.
What happens if I miss a month?
Life happens. If you fall below 12 points one month, no flags go up. Two consecutive months below 12 and you'll hear from leadership — just a check-in, not a threat.
Can I bring guests?
Absolutely — and you earn 3 points for every new guest you bring. Bringing guests is one of the highest-value things you can do.
What is a 1-2-1?
A one-on-one meeting — usually coffee — between two BAC members outside the Wednesday meeting. Where the real relationship building happens. 1 point each.
What is an exclusive category seat?
Every BAC member holds the only seat in their professional category. If you're the only financial advisor, every financial referral in the room belongs to you.
